Tosh Clark
Director
Tosh Clark is a highly respected figure in the baseball community, with over 20 years of coaching experience, including his current role as a High School Varsity coach. He began his journey with young baseball players when he ran a prominent pony baseball league in Duarte. His passion for the sport and dedication to player development have contributed to the success of numerous athletes under his guidance. Coach Clark continues inspire the next generation of players, helping them reach their potential both on and off the field.

Current Northview High School Coach Roman Villescas, affectionately known as Coach Rome is a seasoned baseball coach with years of experience under his belt. He specializes in fielding and glove work but his expertise spans all areas of the game. Renowned for his engaging coaching style, Coach Rome has earned the admiration and respect of players at all levels. Through his coaching and private lessons, he has guided numerous athletes to success, making a lasting impact on their baseball journey.
Jonah Paez

Jonah Paez is an accomplished coach at NorthView High School, bringing years of coaching experience and a background as a collegiate player to the field. With a strong specialization in hitting, Coach Jonah has dedicated himself to developing young athletes and enhancing their skills. Jonah is also the founder of JP Athletics, where he focuses on providing top-notch private hitting lessons. Jonah's passion for the game and commitment to his players make him a asset to The Crew.

Coach Andrew "AJ" Martinez is a dedicated high school baseball coach with over a decade of experience in the San Gabriel Valley area. Renowned for his exceptional ability to train and develop athletes, Coach AJ has made a significant impact at several high schools throughout his career. His passion for sport and commitment to fostering talent has earned him respect among players, parents, and colleagues alike. With a focus on skill and character building, Coach AJ continues to inspire the next generation of baseball stars.
jULIAN Galindo

With over a decade of coaching experience in the SGV, he served as a high school varsity assistant coach from 2007 to 2018, during which time he proudly contributed to the team securing two CIF titles. Since 2022, he has been coaching with ZT Prospects, where he to develop his skills and passion for mentoring young athletes. This year, he is excited to return as a high school varsity assistant coach, ready to and guide the players towards success both on and off the field. His commitment to fostering talent and teamwork remains at the forefront of his coaching philosophy.
